About this settlement
This settlement covers owners and lessees of certain Toyota vehicles containing ZF-TRW airbag control units. The lawsuit alleged that the units may be vulnerable to electrical overstress, potentially preventing airbags from operating correctly during a collision.
The court approved the settlement on November 28, 2023. An appeal was dismissed on December 11, 2025, and the settlement is finalized.

Eligibility requirements
You may qualify when:
- 1You owned or leased a covered 2011–2019 Toyota vehicle.
- 2The vehicle contained a qualifying ZF-TRW airbag control unit.
- 3The vehicle's VIN is included in the settlement.
