Eligibility requirements
You may qualify when you fall into one of the settlement groups, including:

- 3Non-portal scheduling users
- 4Certain patients who received care but did not use those features
The qualifying period runs from September 16, 2018, through May 11, 2026. You must provide the notice ID included in your settlement notice.
