Eligibility requirements

You may have qualified when:

  1. 1You were a Bank of America account holder.
  2. 2You were charged more than one balance inquiry fee during one ATM visit.
  3. 3The ATM was owned by FCTI and located in a 7-Eleven.
  4. 4The transaction occurred between May 1, 2018, and November 16, 2021.
  5. 5You did not already receive payment in the related Weiss settlement.

The claim deadline has passed. Current account holders did not need to file a claim; former account holders were required to file by June 29, 2026.
