About this settlement
The Walt Disney Co. agreed to pay $50 million to resolve allegations that its conduct raised the prices of certain live television streaming subscriptions.
The lawsuit alleged violations of antitrust and consumer protection laws involving YouTube TV and DirecTV streaming services. Disney denies wrongdoing.

Eligibility requirements
You may qualify when:
- 1You purchased YouTube TV between April 1, 2019, and March 31, 2026.
- 2You purchased DirecTV Stream, DirecTV Now or AT&T TV Now during the same period.
Online claims require the unique ID and PIN from the official notice. The administrator may verify claims using subscriber records.
Payment details
The amount depends on where you lived, which subscriptions you purchased, subscription length and the number of valid claims. Class members in repealer jurisdictions share 90% of the net settlement fund; other class members share 10%.
