Carpe Diem Pizza agreed to pay $1 million to resolve allegations involving Washington job postings for Domino's Pizza locations operated by Carpe Diem Pizza and King Beast Pizza.
The lawsuit alleged that certain postings did not include required wage, salary, benefits and compensation information. The companies deny wrongdoing.

Eligibility requirements
You may qualify when:
- 1You applied with Carpe Diem Pizza or King Beast Pizza.
- 2The job was at a Domino's Pizza location in Washington.
- 3You applied between January 1, 2023, and May 26, 2026.
- 4The posting did not include required compensation information.
No claim form is required. Eligible class members will automatically receive a payment based on the settlement records.
Payment details
Payments will be proportional shares of the net settlement fund after approved fees, expenses and costs, mailed by paper check.

- Opt-out deadline: August 10, 2026
- Final approval hearing: September 8, 2026
