About this settlement
U.S. Bancorp agreed to pay $250,000 to resolve allegations involving the management and administration of the U.S. Bank 401(k) savings plan.
The lawsuit alleged excessive fees and breaches of fiduciary duties under ERISA. U.S. Bank denies wrongdoing.

Did you participate in or receive benefits from the U.S. Bank 401(k) plan?
Eligibility requirements
You may qualify when:
- 1You were a participant or beneficiary.
- 2You participated at any time from January 5, 2017, through the date of final approval.
No claim form is required. Current participants receive payment into their 401(k) accounts; former participants receive a paper check when their calculated payment is at least $25.
