Eligibility requirements
You may qualify when:
- 1You applied for a regular job opening in Washington.
- 2The employer was T-Mobile USA Inc. or one of the listed related entities.
- 3You applied between January 1, 2023, and May 21, 2026.
- 4You applied through T-Mobile or an authorized recruiting platform.
- 5The posting did not include a wage scale, salary range or benefits description.
- 6You did not sign an arbitration agreement with a defendant.
You must provide the claim ID and PIN included in your personalized settlement notice.
Payment details
Eligible claimants may receive an estimated $1,487.82. The actual amount depends on the number of valid claims.
No claimant may receive more than $5,000. Payments will be classified as nonwage statutory damages and may be reported on a Form 1099. Payments will be mailed by paper check and must be cashed within 120 days.
