About this settlement
Flo Health, Google and Flurry agreed to pay a combined $59.5 million to resolve allegations involving the sharing of sensitive health information entered into the Flo app.
The lawsuit alleged menstruation and pregnancy information was shared with third parties without proper notice or authorization. The settling companies deny wrongdoing.

Eligibility requirements
You may qualify when:
- 1You used the app in the United States between November 1, 2016, and February 28, 2019.
- 2You entered menstruation or pregnancy information.
- 3You can provide the email address associated with your account.
California subclass members must have used the app while living in California during the class period and are expected to receive twice the standard proportional amount.
Payment details
Approved class members will receive a proportional payment. The final payment depends on the number of valid claims and approved deductions.
