Eligibility requirements
You may qualify when:
- 1You were an Oppenheimer or Oppenheimer Asset Management customer.
- 2You participated in the program for at least one day.
- 3Your participation occurred between March 17, 2022, and May 22, 2026.
You must provide account statements or other records showing deposit balances and participation dates. Online claims also require the claim ID and PIN from the settlement notice.
Payment details
Your payment depends on deposit balances, the applicable deposit tier, length of participation, interest received, the calculated market-based rate and total approved claims.
