Eligibility requirements

You may qualify when:

  1. 1You indirectly purchased, paid for or reimbursed part of the cost of a covered generic drug.
  2. 2The purchase occurred between May 1, 2009, and December 31, 2019.
  3. 3The purchase occurred in an eligible U.S. state or territory.
  4. 4You did not purchase the medication for resale.
  5. 5You did not purchase directly from a defendant.

You must document at least one qualifying purchase using pharmacy receipts, statements, prescription histories, invoices or other records identifying the medication and amount paid.

Payment details

Payments will be proportional to each claimant's eligible purchases compared with all approved claims.
